Application Programming Interfaces (API's)

The JCOP Tools provide several on-card API's and off-card API's.

ON-CARD API's

On-card application programming interfaces represent the classes and methods that applet's can use when running on a Java Card.
 

OFF-CARD API's

Applications/programms running on a PC or device which uses a smart card can use the off-card interface functions to work with terminal and/or cards.
