Command: CVM-BLOCK-UNBLOCK

USAGE cvm-block-unblock block|unblock
DESCRIPTION This command allows to block/unblock the CVM (Cardholder Verification Method).

CONDITIONS The command is only supported on cards which contain the OP2.0.1' command PIN-CHANGE-UNBLOCK.
