| DESCRIPTION |
Execute the INITIALIZE UPDATE command to begin authentication to the CardManager
(includes a flush operation). Note: Not all possible Secure Channel types are supported by a special card or simulation. The reply to this command contains the supported SCP (for more info see "Global Platform Specification"). The data field of the response message contains the concatenation (without delimiters) of the following data elements:
