Set DAP verification public key information via a Global Platform STORE DATA command.
The public key is stored in key set version 0x73 at index 1 according to the VISA GP requirements.

Possible token definitions are: "pkcs11:<dllname>" | "windows" | "<PKCS#12-file>" | "<PKCS#8-file>".
The string "windows" means to search your Windows system (CAPI) for a key pair.
