USAGE
upload [-p|--progress][-c|--components][-r|--random][-l|--package package-name] 
        [-b|--block_length length][-v|--verify] CAP-file
DESCRIPTION Load a package to a card via a Security Domain with delegated Management privileges. The CAP-file must include appropriate Load Token information.
Note: The JCOP card and simulation do not support Delegated Management
