The Security domain Plugin contains basic commands for Open/Global Platform Java Cards. This plugin is active if explicitly loaded through the JCShell commands /applet, /register or if automatically loaded through another plugin (i.e. CardManager Plugin).
The Security Domain Plugin includes also all commands from the following plugins:

| install | Install an applet (via the Card Manager) with certain privileges and, if desired, make it selectable. |
| install-rom-package | Install a romized package. |

| personalize | Initiate personalization of the associated applets of the currently selected Security Domain via subsequent STORE DATA commands. |
| upload | Load a package onto the card via the Card Manager. Upload a package contained in a JavaCard 2.1.1/2.2.1 compliant CAP-file. |
